A leading Manhattan-based architectural business is hiring experienced Technical Project Professionals / Job Captains to effectively lead diverse projects for their Corporate / Commercial / Workplace Interiors / Retail Banking Interiors practice. They are seeking individuals who will excel in the client’s entrepreneurial culture and who are excited about the possibility of adding to their thriving studios.
• Minimum of 5+ years of technical experience in Corporate / Commercial / Workplace Interiors
• Must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD when putting fully coordinated construction document sets together
• A strong understanding and experience with NYC / National DOB / Codes, compliance, filing strategies, base building infrastructure, landlord coordination, and consultant coordination through all project phases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A technical, detail-oriented mindset and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range: $80K / Yr – $95K / Yr | Full-Time
