We’re seeking a Senior Project Architect with the technical depth, leadership skills, and design passion to deliver complex healthcare, lab, and institutional projects from concept through construction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead project teams through all phases — design, documentation, and construction.
- Oversee consultant coordination, technical detailing, and quality control.
- Translate design intent into fully realized construction documents using Revit.
- Serve as a mentor and technical resource for emerging architects.
- Collaborate directly with clients, contractors, and firm leadership to ensure exceptional project outcomes.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 15+ years of professional architectural experience, with strong technical and documentation skills.
- Proven success managing large, complex projects — especially in healthcare, higher ed, or lab environments.
- Registered Architect (RA) and advanced Revit proficiency.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
